Most Importantly...
We want to preserve the sacredness of the ceremony and to be respectful of your facility and practices. We also will leave the facility as it was when we arrived. We respect your sanctuary... and gladly work together with you to learn your guidelines so that we can deliver the most complete story possible to the new bride and groom without overstepping our bounds.
Please inform the engaged couple of the guidelines that we need to work with and any other particular practices of which we may not be aware. If you have an informational sheet explaining your guidelines, we would appreciate a copy being sent to the address below. Also if you desire any clarification, please contact Ron Schmidt. To prepare for the ceremony, we will attend the rehearsal and hopefully meet your staff. Ron's "invisible cameras" are versatile and small enough that each can be discreetly placed at an appropriate location within your sanctuary. Because his cameras are all remotely controlled from one place, there will not be any videographers moving about to cause a potential distraction. The cameras do not make noise or use any flashing lights. It is our wish to work as a team with you and your staff to ensure that we can get the most complete coverage possible without interfering with your traditions or rituals. Communication with you is important to us and we strongly feel that when we have recorded a ceremony without being noticed by any of the guests, we have done our job right!
